    With our award winning ice cream we’ve pushed the limits of our dairy craft, with an aim to create the treats that make life worth living – decadent, creamy and made with the finest milk straight from our family farm. We know that to create incredible ice cream, you need great milk and that milk come from happy cows. Our herd are family and we treat them as such. From family, to our people, animals and the plant, a little kindness makes all the difference. We know – we’ve been putting it into our dairy products for a lifetime.

    We stock everything from blocks of bulk cheddar to catering bags of grated cheddar to goats cheese!

    All our butter is sourced from local Irish producers and we can supply everything from Salted and Unsalted bulk packs of butter, to foil wrapped butter portions and small rolls of handmade artisan country butter.

    We offer both standard eggs from Farmlay and free range eggs from Cavannagh Eggs. Rigorous quality and freshness are the hallmarks of their eggs. And as producers they adhere to the highest standards of hygiene and bird welfare - we’re proud to offer to these to our customers.

    Made by Rich Sauces to a special recipe, with an enriched 60% oil content, nothing tastes creamier.
